got a new camera, small enough that I can carry it around with me. today I took some pictures on the way to lunch.

it's pretty much all-the-way point and shoot. it's a little panasonic lumix f9. the shots it takes are noticably noisier and with lousier resolution than my canon rebel, even though they are supposedly both 6 megapixels... not that that's a surprise, but it's interesting to see firsthand what a difference a a real CCD makes.
however, the panasonic can fit in my pocket. so I'll be using it around town, and when I'm on trips and don't want to be carrying my obvious TOURIST sign around my neck.
Love the reflection of blue sky and clouds in the small puddle.
